Hi Ladies!!! I am Stacey Keating a certified Personal Trainer (Certificate 4 in Fitness). I am excited to provide you with fitness classes to encourage, inspire and motivate you to meet your health and fitness goals. So read on….make a commitment to your health and wellbeing and let me help you to loose kg’s, tone up and become fit and strong…all you have to do is sign up and turn up!!!

These classes are fun filled, oozing enthusiasm and designed for all women of all fitness levels. Designed to improve health, fitness and wellbeing, through a variety of workouts as well as providing basic nutrition and lifestyle advice. Whatever your goal, I am committed to enhancing your health and wellbeing by providing personal attention to your goals and monitoring your progress. Welcome to the first step toward a fitter, healthier life!!

I will be running 10 weeks of fitness classes which will run with the school term. These classes will be held on Wednesday Evenings beginning JULY 27th 2011 in the Small Hall at Ardrossan. Cost $10 per session. Beginners 6pm-7pm, Intermediate 7pm-8pm.

Beginners (6pm-7pm)
This class is designed for all those people saying “I’m not fit enough to attend a fitness session!” It caters for low fitness levels and it perfect to start out in a fitness program. It is ideal for:
• Those recovering from an injury
• People who haven’t exercised for a long period of time
• Those who are looking to shift some kg’s
• For those who have had children and looking to get back into shape
• Or for those who cannot make the 7pm session
• For those who don’t feel comfortable in high intensity session
• For those whose bodies don’t do what they used to!!
So no excuses!!! Join the program and look forward to a comfortable, encouraging, fun environment, where other participants are in the same boat as you. Look forward to improved fitness, a stronger body, improved wellbeing and a sense of achievement!

Intermediate (7pm-8pm)
This class is high intensity and jam packed full of fun filled, challenging workouts designed to improve fitness, strength and flexibility. It is perfect for those who exercise regularly, wanting that extra motivation and encouragement, as well as mixing up your fitness routine. I will give you new ideas and ways to reach your fitness goals. Ideal for:
• Those who exercise regularly
• Those wanting to improve strength and general fitness
• Those wanting to challenge themselves
• Those wanting new ideas and challenges for their daily workouts
• Those wanting motivation and inspiration to continue to work towards a healthy lifestyle

So Ladies….lets get motivated, enthusiastic and take the first step toward a healthier, fitter, more positive version of you!!! Sign up, come along and join these fun, motivating classes….meet some new people and reap the benefits of this fun filled hour!!

So what now? Fill in the ‘sign up’ form enclosed, return to me asap. Come along to your first session WEDNESDAY 27th JULY. Commit to coming each week and just turn up, I will do the rest for you!!!

Payment can be made weekly for the sessions you attend. I strongly encourage you to do your best to come weekly so I can monitor your progress and for the best possibility of achieving your fitness goals. Consistency is the key to fitness and wellbeing. Those sessions not attended do not require payment this term. However if enough interest this term, and classes are run again in term 4 payment will need to be made for all classes once signed up. So just bring your $10 each week and come along for a fun filled session.

You will need to bring:
• A mat or thick towel for floor work
• A drink bottle
• A skipping rope

Progress will be monitored through small tests which will occur every 2-3 weeks. I will also monitor your heart rate to determine your work rate within the session. These results show you that by regular attendance, your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, strength and flexibility will improve, results encourage motivation and make your hard work worthwhile! So although you are paying only for the sessions you attend, your results will depend on your commitment to attend each week. So make the commitment and get the results!

This will be a complete program, with a focus on exercise but also incorporating basic lifestyle changes that will assist you in achieving results. Goal setting and progress will be monitored, allowing you to become and stay motivated.

I will also be offering one on one Personal Training. If you feel like this is more suited to you or you enjoy the sessions but need the motivation and assistance throughout the week, please register your interest with me. This form of training can be one on one, or can be 2-3 friends. I am beginning with the classes and looking to also offer one on one training for those interested.
